The double silver ring configuration is unique to Black Arrow Cues
and all of them have it. The Black Diamond Special pictured here has
no markings (it's a prototype, one of a kind). The W. G. Hustler was
dated 03/01and signed FPG w/a black arrow in a circle, near buttcap.
These cues designed and created on a wood lathe by Frank
